
PS - I hear through the pros at the gym that this is a great way to keep up your heartrate and do something else besides cardio equipment...but I am too embarassed to ask how to do it without severely injuring myself or others!

but it was a lot of fun... I could never do more than 10, but then again I didn't keep at it for a very long time... Super easy on the knees though...
