Wii Fit?!?!?!

Has anyone actually tried this and lost weight?

I have decided to do this once a day everyday for 3 months strait. And was wondering if anyone else saw any results from working out with your Wii!

I'm hoping to lose 20bs! We'll see how it goes!

I have Wii Fit and though it is not what I am incorporating at this time into my routine, I have in the past and was pleased with the results I got from it but I was also doing Jillian Michaels DVDs or The Biggest Loser DVDs with it as well. Now, I use Gold's Gym Cardio and My Fitness Coach, both for the Wii.

Good luck with your goals.

Hugs
Michelle

I've been using my WiiFit (and EA Sports Active) exclusively for exercise for the last two months, and have been getting good results. I've just recently added walking/hiking as well now that I'm getting more in shape.

Did a 5 mile hike in the mountains yesterday, and there's NO WAY I would have made it if I hadn't been getting in shape with my WiiFit first

Like many things in life, what you put in is what you'll get out.

I've lost about 50 pounds since January using Wii Fit and eating, but I've been somewhat fanatical about it. I suspect I've lost a good bit more than 50 pounds of fat, though. I'm getting quite a bit more muscular since starting. I wish I'd taken measurements when I started, but I figured I wouldn't stick with it. I started documenting my journey on my personal blog if February.

I'm doing the Wii Active. So far so good. I can button a shirt this morning that I haven't closed in 4 years. Something must be right

I use wii fit as part of my excersize routine, I'm a fan of the free step and the boxing. i'm not very good at the balance games though.

I think once i get a little more in shape i'm gonna try the EA Active, I've read some pretty good reviews about that one.
