WARNING - Female Issue Inside

I wasn't sure where to post this so I will let the moderators decide it's resting place.

On to my issue.

For the past couple months, almost each time after I exercise, I will spot(vaginally) for a few hours. Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong? :|

I've not heard of this before, but it seems a little worrisome. I would check with your doctor to make sure you don't have something going on!

Thank you for the response, Windchime

Ditto on seeing the doc/gynecologist. If that's happening outside your normal mensus, I'd say it needs to be checked out.

Another voice on the chorus here - that's something you want to check out, if only for your peace of mind.

Thanks ya'll

it most likely is breakthrough bleeding of some sort. Definitely go to the doctor and get yourself checked. bleeding/spotting outside of menses could be a sign of endometrial problems.

I hope everything checks out ok!

I had a uterine polyp that was causing spotting after intercourse and bowel movements. I had it removed in an outpatient procedure and have not had any problems since. I would definitely see your doctor.

Thank you, Sheena41

I was spotting too and wasn't sure what was causing it. I used to notice it after my workouts (cardio usually). I did see a pattern as it would only happen certain times a month. I checked my calender and I noticed that it was only during ovulation. So, that's something you might want to check too if it's happening during that time.

I am going for a physical next month so I'll double check with my doc as to nothing else is going on. But so far it's only happened those times for me.

I don't want to ovulate :o
