Since I am much too interesting of a person to just work out on ANY of the exercise equipment I have at home...stationary bike, giselle, rebounder,
I have invested in a form of my favorite exercise d/d/r. It has a built in timer...in the exercise mode..and it basically encourages you along the way...PLUS..I feel like I'm playing a game because if I hit the arrows right..so it's intellectually stimulating too...
I have disney version, extreme version, and NOW dance dance factory..where I get to use my own music...
so there is no reason why I can not committ to do doing this in the little increments of 15 minutes recommended in my prevention magazine...
well, I got to run now and get my boy...feel free to comment on my crazy exercise method!!!
AND tell me to do it, and ask if I did it today! Please! I need accountabilty!
