  • What kind of exercise are you doing today and for how long??

  • I know that I am going to yoga tonight and I was suppose to get up to do a 5 mile run this morning, but I chose sleep. I want to try running in the evening. It is blazing hot, but if I hydrate all day maybe I can do it.
  • I'm going to start my first day of the 30 day shred!
    And then this evening I'll try to fit in Callanetics.
  • today i did 50 minutes on the bike...omg, the bike seems to be more intense than the elliptical...and i did weights.

  • The 30 Day Shred is a Jillian Michaels' workout. It has 3 levels and you spend 10 days on each.
    I've heard great things about so I'm finally trying it! I'll let you know how it goes.

  • an hour on the WiiFit working the EA Sports Active challenge, a custom "dance" workout, some yoga and free run.
  • 45 minute walk on the "mill". Can't wait till I can go outside and do it!!
  • stationary with magnetic resistance at varying intensities for 30 min

    free style dance for 17 min. couldn't help it a good song came on and once I started, I couldn't stop...lol.

    did a mini weight routine today.
