I know that I am going to yoga tonight and I was suppose to get up to do a 5 mile run this morning, but I chose sleep. I want to try running in the evening. It is blazing hot, but if I hydrate all day maybe I can do it.

today i did 50 minutes on the bike...omg, the bike seems to be more intense than the elliptical...and i did weights.

The 30 Day Shred is a Jillian Michaels' workout. It has 3 levels and you spend 10 days on each.
I've heard great things about so I'm finally trying it! I'll let you know how it goes. :D

an hour on the WiiFit working the EA Sports Active challenge, a custom "dance" workout, some yoga and free run.

stationary with magnetic resistance at varying intensities for 30 min

free style dance for 17 min. couldn't help it a good song came on and once I started, I couldn't stop...lol.

did a mini weight routine today.

Is the July excercise accountability thread the regular monthly thread???
