Hot Yoga...in the DARK???
 

Hi all!
Well, I'm on day 24 of the 30 day Hot Yoga Challenge! And yesterday during class, the power went out!!! No heat, no humidity, and no lights.

SO, being the hard-core aspiring yogis that we all are, the instructor got two LED flashlights and put them in the room, and we just. carried. on. Making the balancing series really hard, but I must confess that I looked better as a silhoutte that I do in the blazing lights!!!

Tomorrow, day 25. And we started with 27 participants and only 5 of us have come this far!!!

I never thought I'd get here, from 244lbs...

No worse than doing Yoga by candle light... sounds kinda nice actually....

I've done Twilight Yoga (by candlelight) and love it!!!! So relaxing!

I don't think it is POSSIBLE to have a relaxing Bikram's class!!!
