TOM and exercise - help!
I'm on DEPO and haven't had a TOM in 2 years. Yesterday I woke up with a surprise, complete with cramping and bloating.
Having not dealt with this in so long, I have no idea how to motivate myself to get off my butt. All I want to do currently is lay on a heating pad, but I know I need to get moving and get my daily exercise in. How does everyone else deal with this? |
I take a couple of advils and just get on with it. But some months are easier than others and if I'm really in a lot of pain, I just call it a day and get the water bottle out. Sometimes you just can't fight TOM!
