TRX class?
 

I am planning to start going to the Gym on base today (I hate trying to make myself go) I was looking at the base gyms website and they have this class called TRX, I have never heard of it so I looked it up on You Tube, here is the link.

Anyone ever done or seen anything like this before?

Oh I was thinking of buying a TRX and its probably something on my long range goals of toys. Overall, I think the system is pretty good on paper. Never tried it myself.
