Does it really matter what time of day you exercise..night or day?
cause I have a 4 year old and a 6 months old..it's crazy because as soon as I put them down for a nap and pick up after them..get started on the elliptical..my 6 month old wakes up and then I have to feed her and then by the time she's feed the 4 year old is up and she wants lunch....and time just slips away so easily ... and I attend school online full time... how do you ladies and gents do it? Some nights I don't even get to sleep until 1am 11pm at the earliest.
