Toning up!

Just a quick question! Should i start doing toning exercises straight away or lose a bit of weight first? Sorry if this is a stupid question but i want to do it right this time and not look flabby! :) :dizzy: Jess x |
Lifting weights will help you build and maintain muscle mass during your weight loss and also increase the calories you burn at rest. You might want to check out the book "New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women" and come join us in the weight training forum here at 3FC.

loosing weight by food and cardio is great but weights keep your matabolism faster AND will scolpture your figure meanwhile! :)
