whats with all those goose bumps and chills?
 

I have noticed that when i start walking I get those very annoying goose bumps feeling on my arms and it fills like my arms get chill sensation as well. It only comes at the begining and stays for about 15-20 mins. I mean i am not cold by any mean - my whole body may start sweating from excercising but my arms have shivering feeling in them.... can you guys explain if its normal?

I have a sort of spells where when I am really walking fast like up a hill, I get chills. It kind of scared me. I thought it was something to do with mydiabetes but I dont know???????????????????????????

i was also on very high inclining mode (10) on a trademill when i get those...
