Back on track with Crunchless Abs, Core Rhythms and Hip Hop Abs

I'm very proud of myself right now. I have started working out again and I'm trying very hard to keep it up everyday (well, actually my workout goal is 6 days per week).

Last year I started working out every other day to the Hip Hop Abs and kept it up for 4 months when finally I threw it all away because I did not lose a single pound and my measurements did not change.
In that time tho, I worked my way from breathing heavy during the 20 minute routine to being able to do the 40 minute routine with no heavy breathing. BUT, I threw away all that work nonetheless.

After last summer's vacation I got to look at some pictures of myself, terribly heartbreaking I must say, but I was still up in arms about getting it off.
Well, I happened onto those pictures again recently and HATED them, LOATHED them with such passion that I printed them out and taped them to the wall by my bed as a reminder of what I've become!
I must say it IS giving me the motivation I need (as opposed to derpessing me, which it did at first) but now I just hate them so much that I'm back on my crusade against this weight gain.

So, I broke out my (very dusty) Core Rhythms videos and my Hip Hop Abs again and I must say I'm having a great time with my Core Rhythms!! I've been working out everyday (with the exception of this past weekend, where I missed Fri, Sat & Sun). But I can honestly say I'm back on track. The first week was very difficult, I had let myself get so out of shape again :( and again I could barely make it through the 20 minute routine. But now, I am already progressing to at least 30 minutes a day. I started (or REstarted) my workouts on the 19th.

I have decided that I will not let the scale or measurements run the situation this time. Instead I will get weighed on the 1st of every month and take my measurements at that time as well. HOWEVER, I may not let myself see the scale at all until I've worked out for at least another month! Just because I don't need the discouragement.

Anyway, do any of you use the Core Rhythms? or the Hip Hop Abs? or Crunchless Abs? They are a great deal of fun!
The only thing I don't like about the Hip Hop Abs is that they don't have a low impact option. So I do what they are doing but at a pace that I can handle right now.
The Core Rhythms and the Crunchless Abs are excellent! Core Rhythms starts with a warm up, goes into higher impact, then into a cool down. The Crunchless Abs starts with a warm up, goes into low impact but high intensity, then into a nice cool down and stretch out.

I don't use the first 3 Crunchless Abs because it's mostly floor work, but I LOVE the second video, which has a standing, sitting, and floor workout. I do the first two straight through and it is intense. I love feeling results. It tells me that I'm doing something.

Thanks for listening. I know I can ramble on. :(
