Boxing!

  • Well, I think I found something that I don't hate doing! LOL

    My trainer and I have been doing some boxing moves this week, and I LOVE IT! I have to ramp up my cardio. I've only lost 4.4lbs this entire month, and YES I KNOW...it takes time. But I'm getting frustrated!

    So, we tried some boxing...and its just awesome! I'm not too good at it yet, but it's something I can do, I like it, and it's a great cardio workout. I'm actually going today to buy my own pair of boxing gloves! They actually have PINK ONES! LOL

    If you haven't tried this yet, I highly recommend it!
  • i'm just about to start boxing again.i used to box before many moons ago and its great. i've also done thai boxing which is also fantastic.

    if you follow it up with the road work etc you lose loads
  • i think i would love to try it! too bad i don't have a gym membership.... on demand boxing? hmmm
