
anyway, i just finished day 4 level 1 and i'm sore. i know i could do it tomorrow though, and the next day, and the next for 30 days but i'm wondering if i SHOULD take a break? i kind of would like a day off like tomorrow since i'm going out dancing tomorrow night but at the same time i'm afraid if i let myself off the hook for a day that i won't want to start again! haha
so what did you guys do? 30 days straight? one day off a week?


i think i'll keep up with the exercise every day but maybe switch out the shred with something different here and there. thanks everybody!
