But later that night, when I felt better, 10 minutes dumbbells during "The Biggest Loser" 18: 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes bike on lower resistance than usual 19: One hour yoga class, 10 minutes dumbbells 20: 45 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes rowing 21: Rest day, walked around Manhattan all day with visiting friend 22: One hour swimming class 23: One hour bike 24: 45 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes rowing 25: 45 minutes bike, 15 minutes elliptical 26: 45 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike 27: 45 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes rowing 28: One hour yoga class, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes bike |

14 - 75 min yoga at home (edited to fix an errant date) |
