oh my goodness!! Honey...you need some better shoes. Good for you for keeping to the program...but you don't want that to get any worse. You need to medicate it, take care of it ....and get some better shoes.

I hope it feels better real soon!!!

Yikes! :yikes: If I were you I'd probably buy some new shoes.

Please get good shoes! :)

Weren't you running in your yard in sandals in another post? I did a couple of runs in bad shoes and my legs hurt like heck, I can't imagine running with blisters like that! Take care of yourself so you don't get hurt!

And, I also applaud you for starting and keeping to the program, by the way! :)

Thanks for the concern ladies :) I appreciate it

It's impossible for me to get better shoes here. The ones I have are from America, and are "wides" .. pff .. Not wide enough!!

The ones available here are as narrow as can be.. My in-laws wear them until they are so stretched out the don't look like shoes anymore... I just simply cant do that.

I started taping my feet before running and it helps A LOT! Also taking a hot shower with the drain plugged right after keeps my feet from hurting.

I'm doing the best I can to take care of the blisters.. The skin came off on its own, but as you can see by the out line, the skin is extremely thick.. The yellow on the outside is NOT infection.. Its Betadine.. The stuff hospitals use to prep for surgery.. Its the best antiseptic I can find.

I thank God that it only hurts when they get stepped on
