Threads-I hope you decide to do Oxycise! I love the program and although I haven't weighed myself in a while I've dropped two sizes since I started O! in earnest in December. I also have started another program just recently just because O has gotten me going on this exercise thing and I have more energy since I've been doing O!

! I still haven't figured out all the options on this new board but it seems like it has allot of them. I think it's great that you've worked O into your water aerobics. It can only enhance your results. What a great idea. Keep up the great job Barbg!
Juliette-It's so much easier now that I do O first thing in the morning. I usually do L2 because it's a little quicker then my L3 or L4 and I haven't mastered my abs/upper body video well enough yet to fit it in to my morning routine. I know you can do it. We're all here for you
