Thanks for reading my post.
After a winter inside on the stationary bike, I'm ready to walk again! The weather is improving here in Seattle so I purchased a new pair of walking shoes as my last pair was strangely deficient and my toes always went numb. So I lace them up and hit the trail this morning to find that after about fifteen minutes . . . my toes are numb! I'm wondering if perhaps I'm just not stretching properly or using good form. Can anyone walk me through their own routine? This pair of shoes was outrageously expensive and I'm not prepared to part with them without exhausting all possibilities. I really look forward to your help, thanks so very much! |
Hi Slinko,
I saw your post and I wanted to invite you to our thread if you are interested. It's the All Air Walker/Treadmills/Ellipitcals/Regular walkers thread and if you want post with us. We all do some form of walking or another. It would be great to see you there :D! ------------------ Rose |
