Yoga is frustrating me right now because I'm not as flexible as I would like, but I don't hate it. Yet.



I also hate yoga and pilates. I just never feel like I'm actually doing anything more than stretching and how can you lose weight doing that?

you will get better with time, and if your are NOT flexible, all the more reason to DO
...
burpees and mountain climbers!!!!! They are so fun!
