Don't worry about taking whatever time you need. I mean, really, obviously not everybody is going to require exactly the same schedule.
But also, don't be afraid to start the next week once you're able to do three days of the old one. I know for the first 5 or 6 weeks, EVERY SINGLE WEEK I thought I couldn't do the next one and considered repeating the last one. I never did, I always progressed anyway. And it always worked. Kept me working hard though!
