Ace, that's a fantastic web site for all things fitness-related.

My fav cottage cheese mix-ins are fruit or Kashi Go Lean cereal. For the ultimate in cottage cheese decadence, mix a tablespoon of natural PB and 1/4 packet of dry SF chocolate pudding mix in your cottage cheese. I swear it tastes like a Butterfinger!
