Has anyone tried Tony Hortons 10 min workout?
 

Hi there everyone! :D
Its Zel again. I just bought the 10 min workout, the same guy who did P90X.
And im going to try it out, maybe I can keep everyone updated with it? Im going to do it everyday.

Just wondering if anyone has tried it?

I also do have a personal trainer but i only have her twice a week and i dont go to the gym unless i have to meet her :dizzy: i dont have time to go to the gym either >.< no time. (but i lost 10 pounds so far having a personal trainer :D)

So i bought 10 min workout to workout at home.
