Biking anyone??
 

Aloha,
I was looking for other users of stationary bikes or bicylces for support and motivation :)
So far, i am doing my stationary bike for about 1/2 an hour a day. I put it in front of the TV and peddle for all of i'm worth....it's a pretty active way to watch a sitcom!

So good to see someone else from Hawaii. I am actually making my first trip to Maui this June and Hubby and I planned on taking our bikes with us so we could do some riding while we were there. We are staying at the Whaler on Ka'anapali Beach. June 14-17th. Do you live that side of da island? What is it like? Are there many areas to do some riding? We are looking for mostly flat landscapes as we are no fitness gurus. Drop me a line sometime.

I don't live Lahaina side, so i'm not much help there! I do think you will find some awesome biking just about anywhere you go, though :)
