Curves Smart
 

Please forgive me if this topic has already been discussed in this forum...

Is anyone else doing the Curves Smart prgram at Curves? I just started it last week and so far, it's kicking my @$$!!!

Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for the good workout and I'm going to continue with it, but I wonder if anyone else has felt such a marked difference in intensity?

Hi! Yes, this is my first week with Curves Smart and it is kicking my tail! After my first 2 workouts it progressed me and now I'm having a hard time keeping up. I guess the machine will figure that out and knock it down a bit eventually. Overall, I like it thought....I never realized how much I slowed down for my second circuit.

Have you noticed a difference in inches or pounds lost?
