    02 - 6000m/32 min on the rowing machine, mostly HIIT; 20 min core/yoga
    03 - Bike to work and back, about 55 min, including the giant hill
    04 - Bike to work and back, about 55 min, including the giant hill. However, I kicked the hill's butt, and kicked it good!
    05 - Bike to work and back, about 55 min. 45 min at a 'body sculpt' class in the gym by work that I'm thinking of joining. And she kicked my butt! I'm sore now.
    06 - Bike to the store to pick up my new mp3 player (um, for working out, of course...) and then to the grocery and then home, with 20 pounds of groceries on my back. About 90 minutes biking in total.
    07 - Gillian Michaels' 30-day Shred (20 min)
    08 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min. 45 min at a 'bosu body sculpt' class in the gym by work that I'm thinking of joining. And now I'm sore.
    09 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min. And about 25 min walking at lunch.
    10 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min. 45 min at a stability ball class in the gym by work that I joined today. And now I'm sore again.

    25 - 45 min high/low class at the gym at lunch (and I was doing mostly high-intensity, when he gave an option)

    27 - 30 min walking to the market and the mall and back to the subway; 12 min HIIT on the treadmill (about 5 x 1 min at high); and 4000 m of HIIT on the rowing machine (about 15 x 100 m at high).
    28 - 25 min working out at home--stability ball, strength and cardio
