Exercise Videos

I want to buy an exercise video to help me lose some weight, are there any that you guys out there can reccomend to me?:D

I would recommend any video by Kathy Smith, she is amazing and all her videos are excellent!

I also recommend Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds!! They are great, I am only up to the 2mile tape but the 1mile tape was great also!!

I have a variety of tapes that I enjoy. I use Leslie Sansone's, Tae Bo, Kathy Smith, and Slim In 6. I usually do a program for a while and then switch around so that I don't get bored and my body doesn't get used to the same exercise. A good place to look is collagevideo.com. Not only do they have a great selection but you can preview some of the videos before you buy. Good luck in whatever you choose to do.
