help me get this done.
it's raining like crazy in florida and i don't have a gym pass do any of you guy's have any indoor exercise tips , i order my turbo jam i will get it in a week.:dizzy::dizzy::dizzy:

If your cable station has "ON Demand" check out the Free portion, there are some free varied exercise segments, they range from about 10 mins. to 45.

If I were you, I'd head down to the local video rental store and see rent a workout dvd. You could also check what is available at the library. If you really don't want to leave your home, maybe you could do push ups, crunches, lunges, planks, squats, etc. You could also crank up some of your favorite tunes and just dance around! :)

My on demand has exercise tv..... the dance work out is easy on the knees and back and you sweat!!!! yeah
