Smile Boot camp

I am starting a local personal trainer's 'boot camp' tomorrow. I am really, really excited about it! A couple of days ago I was very nervous about going (and I even posted something about my nerves in another thread) but since then I went to the gym and met the people and am EXCITED! I don't know that I can keep up but a couple of my friends are going, too, so they can help me just laugh through it and do the best I can.

This particular one is circuit training and I think my nervousness came from the thought there was a lot of cardio involved. I am not very good at cardio stuff. I try, but I am not very good.

I have hit a plateau of sorts so I am really hoping this pulls me out...anyone else have a boot camp experience?

It sounds absolutely petrifying but I think you'll have a great time! Go for it and enjoy the experience, I wish I could join you!

I have done boot camp. It's just a fun way to work out. Mine was too expensive tho.
Enjoy!

This was quite a bit - 108 for six weeks, three times a week. Way more than I pay for a gym membership!

I went today and it pretty much was petrifying!! But, I did it. And - other than the push ups and planks - I enjoyed it!!! I do have to say that doing this really showed me that I was not doing nearly what I should have been doing at the gym. It was harder than I thought it was going to be - yes, I am a big girl but I have been faithfully going to the gym for about 5 months...that wasn't worth much! I am going to have to reevaluate when this is over....

I am totally sore and hope I can move tomorrow, though...

No. But, I'm looking to do a bootcamp at the end of the summer. I want to focus on my running first.
