Callanetics in April??
Hey there.
I was wondering if anyone is doing Callanetics. I've decided to start this month. I took before pictures and am shooting for 16 hours this month. I'm going to take pictures monthly to track my progress. |
I'm maxed out for workouts right at the moment, but it looks like a great no-impact option. Hope you find some workout buddies!
I think I'll pass this on to my sister. She doesn't do message boards, but she might like that callanetics thing, as she seems to always be recovering from something (she's a mail carrier...they tend to break down after a couple of decades). ;) |

You're right. You definitely should not overextend. That would only be counterproductive. I finished my first hour this morning. It was very hard and very sloppy. lol I'm going to keep going though. 1/16 |

I first tried Callanetics two years ago, but stopped after 2 or 3 times. This time I'm going to stick with it, along with regular cardio. I definitely understand needing a nudge on occasion. In fact, there are times that I need outright shoves and pushes. |
I just completed a second hour. This time was a tad bit better. 2/16!!! :D
