Notice the absence of my Saturday exercise report... Friday, after doing the slightly scaled-down Crossfit WOD, I thought, "hey, that wasn't so bad!" Bwahahahaha. Whatever! Saturday, my abs felt like they'd been put through a meat grinder! I kept thinking, "it'll get better, and then I can do my lifting and running." Yeah, right, I was lucky to be able to walk upright for most of the day, lol. At 9:30pm I took my sorry butt straight to bed.
This morning, I can still feel it, but figure I'd better do something. Sunday night skating has been pretty lame the last two weeks...they switched DJs at the rink, and the replacement is about 12 years old

and thinks "old school" music is anything from the early nineties. Shudder...can't dance to that. I might just clear a spot in the kitchen and practice there, or make up my lifting and running workouts instead...not sure yet.
