Help for back fat & love handles

Is their anything I can do for these areas besides a lot cardio (which I already do!) Any particular exercises??? I only have about 5lbs to lose but I swear, it's all on these areas!

Do side crunches and kicks. Also do side turns and push ups. Do side crunches on the floor as well for your love handles. Best wishes to you.

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, with your knees slightly bent. With your hands at your side, hold a 5-10 lb dumbell in your left hand. Bend to the left from the waist as far as comfortable, and straighten. Repeat 5-10 times. Then do it on the right side. Try at leat 3 reps a day. :goodluck:

You're 5'3'' and weight 122 and still have back fat, then you probably need some weight lifting. It would lower your body fat and give proportion to your body...

I already do weightlifting but I had to take a couple months off of my upper body workouts due to a shoulder impingement injury. I swear in those couple of months the fat seam to settle in those areas. I have very strong, muscular legs but as I get older I noticed more around my middle.

I wonder if swimming might help and be low/no impact on your shoulder impingement.

Hmm... I am going to try that side lift / waist suggestion. At the gym, those have those machines in the back with the pulleys, so I think I am going to try it on there. :)
