size 20 wetsuit / swimming leggings?
 

Hope someone can help me with this...
My mom lives in Europe and she wants to restart swimmings at the local pool. But she has terrible problems with her legs (varicose veins with complications, has had surgery just to "maintain" them) and has to wear some kind of long-legged swimming "pants".
I found some thin wet suits that would work, but she is a size 20 in pants. Like with sports bras, it looks like the industry thinks overweight people don't exercise, because I can't find anything over size 16. :?:

Any ideas? I also think any kind of compressing leggings would help her, but they have to retain as little water as possible.

My mom is in Europe, too. Sometimes, when she cannot find something, I mail it from here (Canada). I wonder if you could perhaps find her some aerobics leggings - those that look like pantyhose cut off above the ankle - something synthetic, like those things that were popular in the eighties (Did you see Heavenly Bodies with Cynthia Dale?) those would not retain water, methinks. Although I have no idea if one can get them in size 20.
