I'm not gonna make it! How upsetting is that? I was feeling so good about it too. First, the temps dropped so low that it was actually dangerous for me to be out in it. And now I'm sick. I've missed 9 days! NINE DAYS!

PC don't give up, do what you can, if you are sick rest is good for the body too.

7 in the last 2 days. We have been out on walks with other dogs and my pup is pooped out!

Ceegee, bravo on the weight loss!!! I hope your cruise is wonderful. Put on your swim suit and strut your stuff girl.
Welcome lilligurl
Chel, take care of yourself. I know it can be hard, but try to stay positive. You'll be back on track in no time.
L, it's too cold for my pooch to be out. She's so antsy. I may have to put her on the TM. I've seen animals walking on the TM on tv, but have never known anyone to really exercise their animal that way. I think Brookey would just jump off lol
My TM got the last laugh on Wed. It was my youngest daughters birthday. I ended up working until 1pm and my mom decided to bring my aunt along for supper so......more housework than I had anticipated. Everyone was gone by 7pm so I could have jumped on the TM, but I had a glass of wine and watched Criminal Minds instead. Seriously, my TM pointed and snickered right before I turned out the lights for the night! But, I got even yesterday and made it go 4 miles in 49 min and 21 sec. That was my 2nd "run" for the week. Since I totally consider myself a walker I usually do one 4 miles a week trying to be above the 4 mph pace and then everything else is at 4 mph, but never lower. I folded up the track yesterday and whispered, "take that, huh!" I bet it won't be laughing at me again any time soon.
Happy miles to all.

1.3 miles before my PT appt. I did some sprints (track is .10 miles) after a 1/2 mile jog. Could have lasted longer, but I had to go down for my appt. More to come this weekend!

Great job Helen and Jen!!
I did 2 outside yesterday. It reached 9* above. It was still a bit windy. I made sure my mouth was covered to avoid the cold air in my lungs. It felt so good to get outside. Temps are suppose to be on the rise for the next few days. I did another 2 on the TM late yesterday afternoon as well.
