4 miles on the TM this morning. I'm very excited. I had my best time ever. 48 min 46 sec. I know that probably sounds pathetic to you runners, but I totally see myself as a walker, but do try to push myself occasionally. The sad thing, it wasn't difficult for me to do, but I just don't love it. I sooooo wish I did. God must have left out my "runners high" gene when he made me.
Anyhoo, off now for a 4 mile, rural hilly walk, with a good friend.

I did 4.7 miles on the elliptical while watching Biggest Loser. I know it's not quite the same as running because I don't get the impact, but I have no pain at all from either that or running this morning! I'm going to consider myself cured, but make sure to keep stretching and using my foam roller. But YAY for being back in the game :)
