A Quick Tip For All Fitness Levels!

    I hate going to the gym on weekends, it is such a project for me. I am a homebody on weekends as much as possible.
    Sometimes, I will do a workout video.
    Anyway for those of you who have COMCAST CABLE;
    hit the on demand button on your remonte,
    then select sports & fitness,
    then select exercise TV,
    then selct the type of fitness you want to do,
    and press play,
    they are free,
    and they rock

    Some of them are 10-15 minutes, which allows for variety if you want to do 2.
    I did, and they were really fun.

  • I LOVE these. Love love love love love them. It gives me little excuse to not move my butt. I've been digging the Billy Blanks tae bo section. My 3 favorites are 15 minutes a piece so I end up with a 45 minute cardio session.
