BodyFLOW
Has anyone ever done BodyFLOW? I'm thinking of trying it out tonight. I do BodyPUMP and BodyJAM and like them a lot...I was thinking of doing the 5:45 BodyPUMP class followed by FLOW tonight, but due to holiday packing and all that, I'm thinking of just going to Flow. Thing is, I've never taken yoga/pilates..is this class ok for beginners? I'm just bored with my workouts and looking to change it up a bit, plus I really want to work on my core.

if its a combo of yoga/pilates then yes beginners can do it. They usually show the basic pose and then tell you how to modify it to make it harder. And it is great for your core

I've been to a couple classes, I would say they're ok for beginners. Might just want to give the instructor a heads up that you're a first timer so they can keep an eye on your form. It's kind of a yoga/pilates/tai chi fusion class, I liked it. The gym I go to now doesn't have it, but does have BodyPUMP which I'm liking.
