Slim in 6 and Hip Hop Abs dance series?
 

Hey is anybody doing Slim in 6 or the Hip Hop Abs dance series videos from the beachbody website? I was just wanting to know if anybody has seen any results or can share some success stories?? I'm just getting started on exercising and have ordered a ton of work out videos. I already have the regular Turbo Jam and some version of Yoga Booty Ballet.

I do both Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs. I haven't really tracked by results yet but I can see them on the scale and in the way my clothes fit. I love Hip Hop Abs. I so enjoy Shawn T. he's funny and he ain't bad to look at either. I go to Curves 4 times a week and I add either of these to my workout or I do them on days I don't go to Curves.
