Just did 6 miles outside up and down the crazy hills of Ithaca, NY! I'm so proud of getting myself to go running while traveling - it's always so much harder to get motivated when you don't have all the comforts of home and your familiar routes. I was much slower than usual, but I attribute that to the hills. Great training, but I bet I will be sore tomorrow.
