Hi, I found a great website that has clips of dvds (Leslie Sansone, Billy Blanks, etc) all kinds of tips, etc.

They have exercise tv on demand through your digital cable company. It is free if your cable comapny provides it. Unfortunately, mine doesn't. I have Brighthouse networks. But, they do advertise it! That's how I found the website. Maybe they will carry it On Demand soon.

Anyway, it looks like a good website for info and I wanted to share it with everybody. I hope that's ok.
