exercise program?
I am planning on joining this exercise program soon to get back into shape but i have to pay for it and it would REALLY put a damper on my budget.
I really wanted to get my hair done but this is something i think i should really pay for. I am having alot of trouble losing any weight lately. |
What kind of exercise program is it? Maybe there's a free alternative.
Do you currently lift weights or do any exercises to build muscle? |
try a beauty school for the hair....great service at great prices. and if there is a community college or university in your town, they often let community members use workout facilities for very low prices.

the enviornment that i live in makes it VERY difficult to find something that i can stick too. i am really struggling. I live in a house with barely any healthy food and limited access to workout. plus im so tired from school and having to do homework, that i eat when i go home, sleep and do my homework
thats why i think this may be worthed it. i dont have the money yet... |
I think the program sounds really good. It's not just about burning fat, but also about building muscle and creating a great body  Are you in Florida? Is this the program? http://www.getfitin6.com/
Btw, do you have any exercise DVDs that you enjoy? |

Hey,
You can get the Leslie Sansone DVD's Walk Away the Pounds at Walmart or even online for less than $20.00. I know a lot of people use them and they are great. Depending on your fitness level, you can get one of the easier ones (1-2 miles) to the harder ones (4+ miles or with the extra stretchies, etc.) depending on what you need. It's not a class that you have to go to, but at least you can do them at home when you have time, rain or shine. You mostly just have to be self-disciplined enough to say "I am going to do my DVD every day, or every other day" and just stick with it. Do it several times and it will become a habit. Especially when you see how good it feels to start getting fit. Meantime you can start saving money to take a class later. Don't wait until you have money together to start with your fitness. Start NOW with what you have. Then, by the time you take the class, you will already be well on your way to a healthier lifestyle. Good luck. I admire you for wanting to get fit and healthy at your age. Good for you! Alot of teens just say the heck with it, oh well, this is who I am, etc. You actually want to do something about it and I am proud of you!!!!! Kathy |
