TransFirmer Ultimate Caolrie Blaster question
How many WW activity points would you say this workout is? I'm finding that most of The Firm's workouts (either cardio, cardio + sculpt or just sculpt) give me a good, high-moderate level of exertion (with the exception of the warm-up and cool-down, that is).
