Well I made the mistake of trying to do day 1 of week 6 - I just can't seem to hack intervals anymore. I am okay running, then once I go to walk I can't for the life of me get going again. So I did 5R/3W/2R/8W/3R/20W haha. The last 3 minute run was a sprint though because I knew it was going to be the last.
