I have some shin splint pain in my leg but I am on a roll with exercise and was wondering, would riding my bike be easier on them? I've been walking 2 miles a day on hilly roads, and even though I am stretchng, I still have some pain. I iced them last night, and they feel a lil' better, but it still hurts & I am still hobbling lol...
I don't want to stop. I don't even want rest days. I want to either walk or ride my bike these 2 miles every day no matter what.
