Need Firm recommendation
I've been doing cardio and free weight training for almost a year now and am intruiged with everyone's raves about The Firm workouts. I already have the Ultimate Fat-Burning Workout, which I find mildly challenging.
Which workouts would you recommend for overall toning (I have plenty of cardio workouts)? I would like something really challenging! :carrot: |
I don't think that any of the new Firms fall into the category of 'really challenging'.
Slim Series with heavier weights than Debbie uses? Now THAT's really challenging. Cathe? Really challenging. |
