I am back to running again (and absolutely freaking loving it might I add) and I am just wondering if running 4 days a week is enough. I have only been doing 2 miles each time but I don't want to jump into it all too quick and hurt my knee again. I have been running on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Will this be a good amount of cardio to continue losing weight?
