I've had back trouble for 5 years, since I got into a car accident. Once I started loosing the weight my back has been getting better but I pulled it yesterday when I was exercising. (I recently starting doing Calisthenics in addition to jogging and walking). I was wondering if anyone knew of any back "friendly" exercise. (I know that you all are personal trainers or doctors but I figured at least one person out there is in the same position as me).
