Exercise on Trips
 
I am going to a Youth Confrence next week (JUL. 9-15) with some of the girls from my church. I am not going to be able to do my usual exercise (YogaBootyBallet) because there will not be enough space in the hotel room and I won't have enough time anyway. I am not sure how much we will be walking, probabally quite a bit. Any Ideas on how I can get my workout in?

Walking! When I'm traveling for work, I usually get up an hour earlier than everyone else and go for a brisk walk. I get to see the sights and get my exercise all at one time. Walking is something you can almost always fit in.

I think walking would be your best bet, but you could bring some workout bands and workout in your room...
