I'm a C cup and really feel pretty uncomfortable going sans bra except at home. Besides the bouncing around, the feeling of sweaty boobs is extremely uncomfortable and I've noticed on a few braless occasions that it appeared that I was um, leaking in that area, though it was just an unfortunate sweat pattern. Not good! On hot summer days I sometimes wear a strapless bra under sun dresses more for sweat than bounciness. Sigh...I do sweat like a horse though.

That is totally what I dislike, that sweaty feeling, ewww, when I don't wear a bra, and I'm only a B  ... we're all different in our likes and dislikes I guess....

I feel like a flat board on threads like this, but for some reason I had to read it. I'm a 34/36 B, and yes I do wear a bra when I exercise. If I wear just going to the gym to lift, and I had on a loose sweatshirt, I could easily get away with no bra. But anything cardio causes too much bouncing, even though I'm super flat. However, I want to add that within a few minutes of walking in the door of my house, to my husband's delight, I have stripped off my bra. No matter whether you're big or small, bras (even comfortable ones) are so confining feelings.

So, on that note, if you are comfortable with it, and you are wearing discreet clothing (if in public) then don't wear one if you don't feel the need. I say it's all about personal comfort.
