  • Sunday - walking 3 1/2 miles
  • Crikey! Another new month. Say it ain't so!

    30 mins treadmill (300)

  • 3 miles on TM
    45 minutes LBW, Abs and Triceps/biceps
    15 min Yoga
  • I did WATP Abs for 45 minutes and also took my 19 month old on a bike ride. It was only her second time and she was super tired so I only did 20 minutes or so.
  • Monday - one hour at the gym doing weights...
  • My boy is three, he has a new little bike, he bikes and bikes around blocks in our neighborhood and I have a new form of exercise - keeping up with him! Chased him an hour yesterday and 1/2 hour this am. Will do weights today 1/2 hour concentrating on buildiing my skinny legs.
  • Did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the recumbent bike.
  • Ran 3 miles yesterday on TM
  • 5 miles on my TM
    20 min Yoga
  • 30 Minutes - Strength Training
  • Eek, i haven't been terribly accountable lately....

    45 min elliptical, 25 min ub/ab workout
